Looking Ahead

Join us this summer as we celebrate reading! Our children have a great amount of free time during this season and we encourage children and their families to participate in our Summer Programs to help maintain their reading skills. Opportunities for sharing books and developing skills include Storytimes, Storycrafts, Book Chats and our Summer Reading Programs. This year, the theme for the Summer Reading Program for children entering Grades 1-5 as of September is Dig Into Reading. Preschools, Kindergartners and their families are encouraged to join the Little Diggers Read-to-Me Program. Information about our upcoming programs can be found in our newsletters, on our beautiful webpage at www.srpl.org and at the library. Hope to see you here!
